Neos iTV can optionally include the Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and Powerpoint for guests that travel without a laptop but may still require business facilities during their stay.

Documents that are created can be temporarily stored or e-mailed as attachments, and there's also an option to connect to a printer to complete the office environment.

The system also has a high level of integrated security features to ensure the highest level of confidentiality, and personal files or e-mails are erased from the system on check-out.
